What is SAK Assets?

SAK Assets is a fractional real estate investment platform that allows you to own shares in high-value properties starting from just $1,000. We handle all property management, legal documentation, and rental income distribution, making real estate investment accessible and hassle-free.

What is fractional ownership?

Fractional ownership means owning a percentage of a property rather than the entire property. Each property is divided into shares, and you can purchase as many shares as you want. You receive rental income and potential appreciation proportional to your ownership percentage.

Is my investment legally protected?

Yes, absolutely. Each property is held in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) - a legal entity that owns the property. When you invest, you receive shares in the SPV, giving you legal ownership rights. All investments are fully documented and registered according to local laws.

What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment is $1,000 per share. This low entry point makes real estate investment accessible to everyone, allowing you to build a diversified property portfolio without needing hundreds of thousands of dollars.

How many shares can I buy?

You can purchase multiple shares in any property, subject to availability. Each property listing shows the maximum shares per investor to ensure fair distribution. You can also invest in multiple different properties to diversify your portfolio.

Who manages the properties?

SAK Assets handles all property management including tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, legal compliance, and reporting. You simply invest and receive your returns - no landlord responsibilities whatsoever.

How are profits distributed?

Profits are automatically added to your wallet within the application. Rental income is distributed monthly based on your ownership percentage. You can choose to withdraw your earnings or reinvest them in additional shares. All distributions are transparent and trackable through your dashboard.

When do I receive rental income?

Rental income is distributed monthly after the property is rented and rental payments are collected. The exact distribution schedule is shown on each property's details page. All rental income is automatically calculated based on your ownership percentage and credited to your wallet.

Can I sell my shares?

Share liquidity features are currently under development. In the future, we plan to introduce a secondary marketplace where investors can buy and sell shares. For now, shares are intended as medium to long-term investments. Contact our team if you have specific exit requirements.

How do I get started?
